Unfortunately my parcel has never arrived and seems lost. The tracking is stuck at the point it was picked up by Royal Mail. Apparently no action can be taken for 9 days. This was supposed to be a 24 hour delivery service. The parcel was dispatched a week ago. I am 8very disappointed and also frustrated that there is not an option to contact Blue Wster Clothing by phone. Blue Water Clothing did dispatch my parcel in good faith but the service has gone wrong. My ladt parcel arrived very promptly.
